Minneapolis tape slurp hero, MILLARD (aka Jason Millard) returns with this unhinged folk brut manifesto of damaged extremities from the outer fringes. This is the third solo album in six years from Millard, who has established his own blasted style of deep psych and bizarre free rock with his distinct approach to all-analog tape loop processing, and mind boggling production values. "Kicking a Hole" is a spectacle of deranged folk loner weirdness, carefully crafted for crumbling regimes.

The broken windows of the blown out Mazda on the front cover serve as a navigable portal into The Reality Tunnel, framed in electric pink tape to clearly delineate a possible entrance into our own personal parallel universe.
